  • Payment information. To use our paid services, we will ask you to provide specific financial information (such as your PayPal address or credit card information) in order to facilitate the payment process. The input fields you are required to complete in order to finalize payment for the paid services will be indicated in the input screens on our websites.
    • SerpWatch may collect information regarding your payment transaction through the services, such as the type of payment instrument used, payment amount, tax amount, and other details connected with transactions.
  • Information you provide through our support channels. Our services include customer support where you may send any questions regarding the services. Third-party service providers and automatically collected information about your use of our services or tools

Some of our tools may require to provide us with additional information (e.g., Slack, Zapier). Such kind of integration can be made at your own discretion. Some of them automatically collect information, including personal information, about the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us, to enable us to comply with legal obligations and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of the Services.

  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console

You can integrate the Services with your Google Analytics or Google Search Console and provide us with the information from your Google Analytics or Google Search Console accounts. You will see the respective notice (including request for your consent) before the access is being provided. You are the only person who decides if you would like to provide this access.   • Third party’s personal information

Some of our services can give you an opportunity for example to send a report to any person or send a referral link you would like to. If you provide us with the personal data of any third party (such as email) you grant us a right to process the personal data of this person and you warrant that you have correspondent permission from this person.

How long do we store your personal data?

Data retention and erasure

  • We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting [email protected] However, because of business tax law, and because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information.
  • An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
  • We may retain some of your personal information within seven years in accordance with applicable legislation, if it’s necessary for our legitimate business interests such as enhancing safety or fraud detection or if we are required to comply with our legal obligations.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that an individual under 18 has provided SerpWatch with personal information we will immediately delete such information.

 

What happens if Privacy Policy Changes?

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this clause. We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Websites and/or by sending an email notification to those who have opted into our email list. If you disagree with the privacy policy changes you shall not continue using the Websites and our services.
